Packing Ring PTFE packing ring, FEP Packing Ring, PFA Packing Ring, self-lubricating ring
1.Physical and chemical properties: the sealing ring is coated with 0.15-0.45 mm PTFE/FEP/PFA thin film on the outer surface of O-shape by special treatment process. The sealing ring has axial and radial elasticity, and has excellent self-lubrication performance. According to the different working conditions, different rubber elastic materials such as fluoroelastomer and silicone elastomer can be selected for the elasticity of the sealing ring. The structure is suitable for high-speed rotating seal ring and high-frequency reciprocating motion seal working conditions. The sealing ring does not have the same tensile elasticity as the o-ring, so it is not suitable for the condition of drawing assembly.
