The aging tank system for cold beverage liquid includes an aging tank body, a liquid level sensor, a temperature sensor, a first controller, and a second controller. The liquid level sensor is set in the aging tank to detect the liquid level height of cold drinks. The temperature sensor is set in the aging tank to detect the temperature of the cold beverage solution in the aging tank. The first controller can control the cooling and aging process of the cold beverage in the aging tank based on the liquid level height and temperature of the cold beverage in the aging tank. It can be connected to the liquid level sensor and temperature sensor through signal connection. The second controller can display the operating status of the aging tank system and control the cooling and aging process of the cold beverage solution inside the aging tank. It can be connected to the first controller by signal. The aging tank system of cold beverage liquid automatically detects the liquid level and temperature of the cold beverage liquid in the aging tank, automatically controls operating parameters, and overcomes the impact of manual control on the cooling aging of cold beverage liquid.
Aging cans are equipment used for processing food. Their working principle is to chemically react with water and oxygen molecules in the food under high temperature and pressure, thereby changing the texture, taste, and nutritional aspects of the food. Aging cans are widely used in the food processing industry, such as can bodies, jam, meat products, etc.
The main function of aging cans is to cause chemical reactions between water and oxygen molecules in food through high-temperature and high-pressure environments, thereby changing the texture, taste, and nutritional composition of food. In an aging jar, the food is heated to a high temperature and pressure state, forcing water and oxygen molecules into the food and reacting with its nutrients, thereby changing the texture and taste of the food.During the processing of aging cans, it is necessary to control the heating time and temperature to ensure the quality and safety of food. Generally speaking, the heating time and temperature of aging cans will be adjusted according to different food types and processing requirements. For example, the processing of canned food requires higher temperatures and longer heating times to ensure that the food in the can can be stored for a long time.
