The working temperature range of general perfluorinated rubber is -25 ° C ~ + 250 ° C, and the high temperature resistance of perfluorinated rubber is up to 320 ° C. Perfluorinated rubber also has excellent air tightness (vacuum resistance up to 1.33 x10-7-1.33 x10-8pa) , high cleanliness and ion resistance, which are widely used in semiconductor industry.
