Function Description

The high-speed powder dissolving system is equipped with a high-speed mixer and impeller at the bottom of a square tank. The axial flow is generated by the rotation of the impeller, and the material circulates around the tank and is sucked into the cutting head. The square tank body ensures that the liquid does not generate forced rotational flow in the tank and affect the mixing effect (forced vortex). On the contrary, the square tank is more prone to turbulence, which is conducive to the downward suction and mixing of the liquid. This liquid flow helps to adsorb powder and particles to the shear head at the bottom during the process of pouring material into the tank through the top hole. During the operation of the shear head and the entire tank body, high shear and turbulence ensure effective and uniform mixing of materials.
