The commonly used chlorination system in China is a vacuum type chlorination system, which provides pre chlorination and post chlorination functions for the disinfection process of the circulating water system. The chlorination system consists of three parts: a chlorine source supply system, a gas metering and dosing system, and a monitoring and safety protection system. The process flow is: chlorine bottle (with electronic scale) - filter - automatic switch - pressure reducing valve - vacuum regulator - chlorination machine - water jet - chlorination point.

Chlorine leakage treatment

The treatment of chlorine leakage is jointly completed by a chlorine leakage alarm device, an axial flow fan, and a chlorine neutralization device. When chlorine gas leaks (usually 1 ppm), the chlorine leakage alarm device located between the chlorine bottles quickly responds; When the concentration of chlorine gas reaches 3ppm, the device will alarm and provide a signal to start the axial flow fan to discharge chlorine gas; When the concentration of leaked chlorine reaches 5ppm, the chlorine neutralization device will automatically start and the axial flow fan between the chlorine bottles will be turned off. Then, the main machine in the system will automatically start to discharge the leaked chlorine from the trench, and the chlorine treatment system will be put into normal use.
